Hiring Cleaning Contractors for several service locations in Stafford, Fredericksburg, and Woodbridge.

Responsibilities:
- Perform a variety of cleaning activities such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, and polishing
- Vacuum carpets and rugs to remove dirt and debris
- Clean and sanitize bathrooms, kitchens, and other areas of the house or commercial space
- Empty trash cans and dispose of waste properly
- Restock supplies such as toilet paper, paper towels, and soap
- Follow cleaning procedures and guidelines to ensure a safe and sanitary environment
- Notify management of any repairs or maintenance needed
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing any concerns or requests
Requirements:
- Previous experience in residential or commercial cleaning preferred
- Knowledge of carpet cleaning, floor care, and custodial duties is a plus
- Ability to work independently and efficiently with minimal supervision
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
- Excellent time management skills to complete tasks within designated timeframes
- Good physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks and lift heavy objects if necessary
- Strong communication skills to interact with customers in a professional manner
- Must be able to pass a background check
- Must have your own transportation and cleaning supplies
- Have or be willing to get Business Liability Insurance (within 60 days of hire)
