SUBCONTRACTOR
As an independent subcontractor, you'll be responsible for delivering high-quality cleaning services according to each client's specific requirements. You will be paid per completed and approved job, with the potential for ongoing, year-round work for top-performing teams.

Proven experience in residential and/or commercial cleaning

Strong customer service skills and a commitment to client satisfaction
Reliable transportation (insured vehicle)
A fully equipped 2-person cleaning crew
Valid general liability insurance
All necessary cleaning tools, equipment, and supplies
