The Pool Attendant position is seasonal and reports directly to the Service Manager and the Property Manager.
Some specific duties include:
Maintaining a high standard of cleanliness by routinely cleaning pool area.
Ensure safety precautions are followed.
Pool walkways free from trash and debris.
Locked/Unlocked gates as appropriate around pool area.
Open pool at 10am, 7 days a week through September 30, 2015 (weather permitting)
Vacuum/backwash pool every morning, including baby pool
Clean out baskets every morning
Add water to pool as needed.
Open umbrellas every morning
Check/clean bathhouses 2 times a day/check stock
Check chemicals 3 times a day- documenting on chemical log
Other duties as assigned from time to time.
At the end of each day:
Clean the bathhouses thoroughly including showers, toilets, sinks, floors and re-stock as needed
Arrange all the chairs so they are facing toward the pool in a nice row
Close outdoor umbrellas
Empty trash cans, put new bags in liners
Water plants
Close pool at 8pm
Requirements of a Pool Attendant:
Prior experience with pool monitoring or attending.
Ability to multi-task.
Ability to enforce pool guidelines as directed.
Abide by company policy regarding fair housing.
