Starting pay 18 dollars per hour overtime after 40 hours
Wage review when converted to full time after ninety to one hundred twenty days
About the role
A global cable manufacturer in Culpeper is adding temporary Production Operator Helpers on first shift. Paid hands on training starts day one and strong performers can move quickly into full time machine operator roles.
Shift and location
Monday through Friday 8 am to 4 pm no nights or weekends
Modern climate controlled plant just off Route 29 in Culpeper VA
What you will do
Pull tools and supplies set up machines and keep work areas stocked
Watch production lines report issues and record simple run data
Assist with cabling extrusion and armor wrap as you learn each stage
Follow all safety rules and wear provided PPE on the floor
What you bring
High school diploma or GED
Able to stand for eight hours and lift up to forty pounds
Any background in warehouse farm automotive or industrial work is a plus
Ready to learn show up on time and grow into a skilled operator
