We are looking for dynamic team members to join our Mitigation and Contents Departments to drive the success of our company. As a Mitigation Technician, you will perform water damage repair to include water extraction, removing/disposing of non-salvageable materials, and demolition as directed by the project manager. You are responsible for setting up and managing the drying equipment, assisting with performing moisture mapping and loss documentation, and working directly with other staff to capture required onsite documentation. As a Contents Technician, you will professionally document, pack, transport, move and store customer belongings for the restoration process. The Contents Technician effectively performs content removal and cleaning duties as instructed by the project manager and diligently captures and inventory's salvageable and non-salvageable items for insurance purposes, so that the customer can be reimbursed.

Responsibilities

- Assist in demolition and prepare areas/rooms for work activities and equipment.

- Perform water extraction, water damage mitigation, mold remediation, and cleanup after loss.

- Operate air scrubbers, dehumidifiers, and other mitigation equipment.

- Document and perform property removal activities including inventorying, packing, wrapping, and loading.

- Perform cleaning of residential and commercial structures while onsite.

- Efficiently load and unload items from the truck to ensure smooth operations.

Qualifications

- Valid Driver's License and a clean driving record.

- Restoration experience preferred

- IICRC certifications preferred

- Must be careful and compassionate

- Must pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check
