Looking for a Roofer/Service Helper for roof repairs on Residential and Commercial flat roofing projects with exterior maintenance. Must have residency near the Warrenton, Gainesville, Manassas VA area and will travel to residential/ commercial buildings for hands on construction projects. Duties include Routine roof inspections, maintain manufacture warranties and perform leak repairs on residential, commercial roofing projects. Wide rand of metal roofing repairs, flashing, wall panels, Fascia, Soffit and ACM/MCM panel systems etc Must be able to climb up and down ladders and have a Valid drivers license with insurable driving record.
