Temporary Materials Planner – Manufacturing (Culpeper, VA)
Compensation: $20–25/hr (based on experience)
Employment type: Full-time, temporary
Shift: 1st shift, Monday–Friday, 8:00AM–4:00PM
About the Role:
We are seeking a Temporary Materials Planner (3-6 months) to cover a leave of absence and support our manufacturing operations. This role is hands-on and will provide full training before transitioning into full responsibility.
Responsibilities:
Create, verify, release, and close work orders in ERP system (Axiom preferred, but any ERP/MRP experience welcome).
Maintain inventory reports, stock job reports, and cycle counts.
Support production planning and supply chain coordination.
Troubleshoot missing/inaccurate data and keep records accurate.
Assist with vendor ship requests and scheduling updates.
Requirements:
2+ years’ experience in materials planning, inventory, supply chain, or production scheduling.
ERP/MRP experience (any system — Axiom or Ignition a plus).
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Outlook.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Must be a U.S. Person (due to ITAR regulations).

$20–25/hr (based on experience)
Monday–Friday, 8:00AM–4:00PM
Temporary role with training provided
