Previous office experience is a plus but we are willing to train the right person

Job Details:
Answer phone, take messages and properly communicate the needs of customers, contractors etc.
Review and submit estimates to customers
File appropriate paperwork
Collect payments from customers via POS system
Assist Project and Sales Coordinators with scheduling, as well as communicating between customers, vendors and contractors.
Efficiently communicate all payments collected electronically through CRM software.
Assist with warehouse functions as needed.
Must be able to lift 50 pounds
Must be able to utilize Excel, Microsoft Word and Online Software Programs.
Verbal and written communication skills are a must.
