Thornton Management is in search of a part-time or gig work agent to provide onsite inspections and photos for turnovers and remodeling on rental units. The area of coverage is Fredericksburg, King George, and Culpeper. Right now we need someone to perform turnover inspections, along with photos and videos on a as needed bases. Most of these inspections will be in Fredericksburg, or Arnolds Corner in King George- Fredericksburg side of King George off Inaugural Drive, about 25 minutes from downtown Fredericksburg- please contact us with your desired rate and availability.
