As a retired Marine, I am looking for a "few good agents" to join our team. You must be licensed and have the mindset of the harder you work, to more you make. The insurance industry can be very lucrative and you are truly helping people along the way. I am looking for candidates to have the necessary intrinsic motivation to want to better their life and the lives of those they help.
This is NOT a call center and we operate as adults. No micromanaging and we go by big boy/girl rules with accountability. Every resource, tool, training, etc. will be at your disposal. It will be up to you to take your career to the next level. That said, we produce high volume annualized premiums, so your personal success will depend on your ability to "clone" processes and apply what works. I want that for you! If the description below fits your goals, reach out! Compensation is going to be based off industry standards and various commission rates based on the product offerings. Any ad telling you, you can make 2k-10k a week is blowing smoke up your you know what; unless you come out of the gate swinging, roll a bunch of previous business, or are very lucky. which is very possible. Again, it will be up to your commitment. There is no secret formula to sales consistent activity equals consistent results.
Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Fredericksburg, VA. As a Health Insurance Agent at Fidelis Insurance Solutions LLC, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to clients seeking health insurance coverage. You will work closely with clients to identify their needs, recommend appropriate health insurance plans, and ensure that all necessary paperwork is completed accurately and efficiently. Additionally, you will be required to stay up-to-date on changes to healthcare laws and regulations.
Qualifications
Prior experience in a customer-facing role
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to work independently as well as within a team environment
Sound knowledge of healthcare laws and regulations, and health insurance plans
Active Health Insurance License issued by the Virginia Bureau of Insurance
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Health Administration or a related field is preferred but not mandatory
