Position:
Sales/Estimator
Role/Purpose:
We offer all leads and scheduling. Must be able give rough measurements of products for pricing. Be able to lift 50lbs ( window and door displays) We will send Project Manager after to confirm measurements and orders. Must have reliable transportation. Have sales experience in residential window, door and siding sales. We only offer training on all products and sales system. Pay is commission base with average sales $150,000-$190,000 a year there is no cap, so the more your sale the more you can make. Part time and full time needed.
General Duties:
Provide accurate & professional estimates to potential clients.
Follow through with production to ensure customer receives what was promised.
Review estimate vs. actual costs of produced jobs.
Obtain competitive/written.
Provide daily & weekly sales reports to management.
Maintain a professional dress code & “clean cut” appearance. We provide company branded shirts.
Maintain accurate records with support documents of estimates.
Provide first class responsive and personable service to new & existing customers.
Must own or have access to Ipad with wifi or internet.
Must have working cellphone with service.
Expectations:
Sell and maintain replacement projects.
Maintain relationships with field & office employees, subcontractors & suppliers. Have access to iPad to showcase products. Must have reliable transportation. Most be willing to travel to NOVA, Fredericksburg, Richmond and surrounding areas.
