As a Salon Leader with BUBBLES, you will manage the day-to-day operations of the salon, as well as lead, develop and motivate Hair Stylists. You will work behind the chair, leading by example, demonstrating the latest hair techniques and trends, in addition to demonstrating exceptional customer service.
Qualifications:
Virginia State Cosmetology license
At least 1 year of experience in a salon environment having worked as a Stylists or Assistant Salon Leader
Strong leadership skills that inspire and motivate performance
Excellent communication skills
