✓ GOOD PAY AND BENEFITS – We offer a generous pay plan that ranges from $80K - $120K per year. We offer a SIMPLE IRA with company contribution / Paid Vacations / Health / Paid Holidays / Employee Discounts & Team Outings
✓ NO B.S. $2,000 SIGN-ON BONUS – If you’ve got at least 5 years of experience in a professional auto repair facility and proven diagnostic skills, we’ll give you $1,000 after you move your toolbox in and another $1,000 when you’ve been on the job for 30 days.
✓ WE WILL KEEP YOU BUSY – We're a well-established company and we keep our bays full so you can stay focused and do your best work, not constantly worrying about the ups and downs of car count.

✓ 5-DAY WORK WEEK (NO WEEKENDS!) – We want your life to work inside and outside of the shop. Recharge over the weekend by doing the things you love and spending time with your family and friends.
✓ YOU WILL ALWAYS KNOW WHERE YOU STAND - We have open lines of communication and regular 1 on 1 and team meetings plus a clear process for handing out work, checking on progress, and monitoring performance. Everything is accessible, transparent and above board.
✓ YOU WILL NOT BE MICROMANAGED – We have confidence in our team members. If you need something, ask. If not, we will stay out of your way and let you work.

Potomac Creek Automotive first opened its doors in Fredericksburg, Virginia in 1996. Founded by two lifelong residents of the area, Potomac Creek Automotive is an independent, all-inclusive auto repair shop. We set out to create our vision of the ideal auto repair shop: one that would provide top-quality auto repair service at a price our customers can afford, by technicians they could trust - and we are proud to say that we continue to carry out this vision today!
