Job description
We are currently seeking a Lead Carpenter to service the Fredericksburg region. We remodel residential kitchens and bathrooms. We're seeking an individual who is knowledgeable and capable in all phases of residential remodeling to join our team. We offer competitive compensation, with some benefits.
Must have integrity with a good work ethic.
Produce projects on schedule
Maintain a clean, safe, secure work-site
Maintain daily communication with the client during the project
Assist owner with scheduling of job tasks and sub-contractors
Oversee subcontractors to conduct plumbing, electrical, HVAC, or other tasks
Conduct quality control inspections as required
Must have a valid drivers license. A work vehicle is a plus.
We do background checks and drug testing.
