Job Summary:
The roof and gutter technician will conduct roof and gutter inspections, maintenance, and repair noticeable damage that needs to be addressed right away.
This roof and gutter technician will be working in the Fredericksburg, Stafford, Culpeper area for service calls.

Duties/Responsibilities:
· Providing a high level of customer service and satisfaction
· Appointments consist of caulking, sealing vents, flashings, and nail holes
· Tightening loose shingles
· Repairing exposed nail heads
· Cleaning of gutters, sealing and caulking of gutters, tightening of gutters and downspouts, visual inspection of runoff and drainage
· Other duties as assigned
Required Skills/Abilities:
· Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
· Can inspect roof and gutter systems and can make the proper recommendations for improving homes
· Mechanical and basic manual labor skills related to exterior remodeling
· Must have a clean driving record and valid drivers license
· Must have a positive attitude
· Ability to problem solve
Education and Experience:
· High school diploma or equivalent required.
· One year of related experience preferred.
Physical Requirements:
· Must be able to operate a 40-foot ladder
· Must be able to safely walk on a roof and work at heights
· Physically able to perform all aspects of cleaning, checking, and basic repairs to the roof and gutter system.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $40,000.00 to $53,000.00 /year
