Description We are offering an exciting opportunity for an Attorney/Lawyer in GLEN ALLEN, Virginia. In this role, you will be operating within the legal industry, focusing on tasks such as case management, document management, and claim administration. This position is set in a detail-oriented workplace environment.Responsibilities: Manage and process legal cases using Case Management Software. Utilize Adobe Acrobat and 3M for document management and record-keeping. Draft, review, and manage legal briefings and civil litigations. Administer and manage claims effectively. Handle and resolve customer complaints in a detail-oriented manner. Maintain knowledge and provide advice on consumer electronics law matters. Use the Conveyancer software for real estate transactions when necessary. Requirements Hold a valid license to practice law A minimum of 3 years experience as an Attorney or Lawyer Proficiency in using 3M software Skilled in using Adobe Acrobat for document creation and editing Familiarity with Case Management Software to manage and track legal cases Proficiency in using Conveyancer software for real estate transactions Demonstrated skills in Document Management for efficient handling of legal paperwork Experience in Briefing for clear and concise communication of case details Background in Civil Litigation to handle non-criminal lawsuits Proficiency in Claim Administration to manage and settle legal claims Experience in Complaint Handling to address client grievances effectively Familiarity with Consumer Electronics for personal and detail oriented use.
