We are seeking a detail-oriented and efficient Digital Print Specialist / Center Associate to join our team in Grundy, United States. In this role, you will be responsible for operating digital printing equipment, managing print projects, and providing exceptional customer service in our print center.Operate and maintain digital printing equipment to produce high-quality printsPrepare files for printing, including layout, color correction, and prepress tasksManage multiple print projects simultaneously, ensuring timely completionAssist customers with their printing needs, providing guidance on materials, finishes, and designPerform color management and calibration to maintain consistent print qualityHandle cash transactions and maintain accurate records of orders and inventoryTroubleshoot and resolve printing issues as they ariseMaintain a clean and organized work environmentStay up-to-date with industry trends and new printing technologies The ideal candidate has at least one year of customer service experience, one to two years of experience in a print production/graphic design role or a two-year degree in graphic design or a related field, experience with Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office, knowledge of printing concepts, a friendly and genuinely helpful demeanor, and a professional appearance. He or she is driven to succeed and is an energetic self-starter and team-player who is trustworthy and a fast learner.
Must be able to work at least 2 days a week. Were open on the weekend Friday-Sunday
