Job Summary: As a Back of House (BOH) Team Member, you’ll be essential to the heart of our kitchen, preparing ingredients, assembling sandwiches, and ensuring quality and consistency in every meal we serve. You’ll work alongside a close-knit team in a high-energy environment, playing a key role in maintaining our fast-paced service while making sure every guest enjoys a top-notch grilled cheese experience.
Responsibilities:
Grill sandwiches in a timely manner, plate or wrap them tight and neat
Keep grills, grill tables, cutting boards & utensils clean at all times
Keep sandwich unit, walkin, and mini fridges stocked
Prep sandwiches
Keep grill presses clean and dry
Call out orders, loud and clear, by customer name when putting them under heat lamp
Bring in compost bucket at opening - put in walkin covered at close
IN DOWN TIME - help with dishes, load & unload dishwasher, check if drinks need to be made, keep all supplies completely stocked in kitchen, storage room, and mop sink room
