Looking for In Home Caregiver to provide essential support to individual in her own home.This role involves assisting with daily living activities, ensuring their comfort and well being
Duties
Assist clients with personal care tasks such as bathing, grooming, and toilet help with incontinence
Prepare nutritious meals according to dietary guidelines and client preferences.
Perform light housekeeping duties to maintain a clean and safe living environment.
Implement care plans tailored to individual client needs and preferences.
Provide companionship and engage clients in meaningful activities that promote mental stimulation.
Observe and document changes in clients’ conditions or behaviors, reporting any concerns to the appropriate parties.
Administer medication as prescribed and ensure adherence to care plans.
Maintain a safe environment by following health and safety protocols, including CPR and First Aid procedures.
Skills
