Position Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented, reliable Production Assistant to join our manufacturing team. This role will focus primarily on hand-setting metal pins into molds for our signature flower holders. The ideal candidate works well with their hands, has strong attention to detail, and can work efficiently without sacrificing quality.
Key Responsibilities:
Hand-set metal pins into molds quickly and accurately
Maintain consistent production pace while ensuring quality standards
Inspect finished pieces for defects and make necessary adjustments
Follow safety and handling procedures for tools and materials
Keep workspace clean and organized
Assist with additional production tasks as needed
Qualifications:
Manual dexterity and comfort working with small metal parts
Excellent attention to detail and precision
Ability to stay focused on repetitive tasks
Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently
Previous experience in light manufacturing, crafting, or similar hands-on work is a plus, but not required
Must be able to sit or stand for extended periods and lift up to 40 lbs
