Job Description:
- Selling freight to carriers over the phone and consistently making and answering 100+ calls per a day
- Building and maintaining relationships with carriers and covering 25+ loads a week
- Generating carrier sales leads
- Negotiating rates with drivers for best return on gross profit per load
- Monitoring shipment status, respond to e-mails, process updates and act as point of contact for carrier and customer
-Building loads and assigning to carriers in TMS software
- Daily check calls on carriers and communicating changes in load status to applicable parties

Highly Beneficial Qualifications:
1+ years of carrier sales or logistics experience
1+ years of sales experience
+ Pay depends on if in office or remote
+In Office pay is 38k-45k a year plus commission; Remote pay 50/50 commission only
W2 or 1099 positions available
