The ideal candidate will have a strong background in residential construction and remodeling , excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to lead crews while working directly with the builder and clients. Providing oversight on projects from start to finish, ensuring jobs are completed on time, on budget, and to the highest standard are the main duties of our Lead Carpenter.
Responsibilities:
● Manage subcontractors and trades on new residential construction & remodeling projects
● Secure and organize all necessary jobsite materials
● Schedule and attend inspections
● Assist and mentor carpenters and crew members on site
● Track punch lists and project progress
● Pick up and deliver jobsite materials as needed
● Communicate clearly with builder and clients about project status and timelines
● Solve issues quickly and keep projects on schedule
● Maintain organized and stocked company vehicle
Requirements:
● Proven experience in carpentry and residential building and remodeling
● Ability to read and interpret blueprints and plans
● Strong leadership, communication, and planning skills
● Knowledge of construction practices—from foundations to finishing work
● Familiarity with local building codes and permitting processes
● Ability to direct, manage, and train others
● Posses a Valid driver’s license
Compensation & Benefits:
● $22–$30/hour base pay (depending on experience)
● Performance-based bonuses (earning potential $30–$35/hour)
● Sign-on bonus after 90 days

● Desirable work hours Mon.- Fri. 8-4:30p
