Nesselrodt Construction is looking for a Lead carpenter to run an established framing crew.
Applicant MUST have:
-Experience in a supervisory role.
-Multiple references.
-Must be able to communicate with homeowners and contractors in a professional way.
-Must be able to lead and deal with the personnel issues that will arise.
-Must have valid driver's license and clean driving record.
-Must be able to produce high quality work in an efficient manner , meeting quality and profitability standards.
-Must be able to keep records and uphold safety standards.
Must be CPR certified or willing to become certified at our expense.
We provide:
Van, fuel, all tools except for hand tools, excellent pay, benefits including paid vacation and holiday time, yearly bonus and 401k.
We are looking for a team player, someone with a very particular skill set looking for year round, guaranteed, local work with an established company. As such, verifiable references and past work history is a must.
You must be working as a lead carpenter presently or at minimum, very recently.
This position is available immediately.
