Job Description: As a Project Manager with Baber Enterprises Inc., you will oversee roofing projects from inception to completion, ensuring that all work is executed efficiently and meets our high standards. This role involves hands-on management, site supervision, and direct communication with clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Project Oversight: Manage roofing projects to ensure they are completed on time, within budget, and to our quality standards.
Site Management: Perform roof inspections and walk-throughs to evaluate project needs and progress.
Ladder Climbing: Safely climb ladders to inspect and address roofing systems as necessary.
Trailer Management: Handle the pulling, dumping, and management of trailers for material and debris transport.
Crew Supervision: Lead and coordinate labor crews, ensuring clear communication, safety, and efficiency.
Safety Compliance: Ensure adherence to safety protocols and regulations on job sites.
Problem Solving: Identify and resolve any issues or challenges that arise during projects.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Project Manager in the roofing industry or a similar field.
Strong knowledge of roofing materials, systems, and installation practices.
Ability to safely climb ladders and work on rooftops.
Experience with trailer management and handling.
Excellent leadership, organizational, and multitasking skills.
Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work in various weather conditions and physically demanding environments.
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
