Job Title: Systems SW Engineer

Location: Remote

Duration: 6 Months

Job Description:

C/Cand Python,

Linux & some Linux administration, some networking experience

WebSockets easy to learn - nice to have

System level - kernel, driver

Overall work: Send commands to drivers and get responses and do smart things.

Nice to have: some Windows programming experience

Location not important but timezone will impact. Lead engineer in Pacific time-zone.

Will need to send hardware so US is much preferred.

Deliverables

• Implement C or C libraries based on existing code.


• Use Python C/C


• Linux


• Some windows


• Unit tests


• Documentation


• Think holistically but also focus on deliverables. Meaning, if we are doing something "questionable" feel free to politely ask questions and suggest alternatives.
