Restorative Zen and Wellness LLC is looking for talented Virginia Licensed Massage Therapist(s) passionate about helping clients quickly recover from injury, find long-lasting pain relief, and build a successful career!
Restorative Zen and Wellness , LLC maintains a whole-body approach to wellness that stems from the idea that pain and discomfort are symptoms of imbalance in one or more body systems. We believe that by bringing the body into balance, you restore health, alleviate pain, and regain optimum performance. We are also committed to helping our staff reach their full potential and be successful in the massage field.
Qualified applicants will:
Consistently provide high quality, evidence-informed, and effective massage treatments while adhering to company standards of professionalism and maintaining the highest level of customer service
Have a willingness to provide client care that doesn’t end on the massage table and incorporates homecare in the form of graded exposure exercises and corrections to posture and ergonomics
Have a firm grasp on Anatomy, Physiology, and Kinesiology
Have a strong desire to expand professional skills and knowledge
Be goal-oriented and hold the intention of building a successful career through establishing a return clientele
Requirements:
Valid Virginia Massage License
Member of AMBP or AMTA, or willingness to join either association.
Proof of Insurance & Specialization Certifications
Work sanitation and hygiene is a must
Available to work weekend shifts and events as needed
Desire to continue learning and keep up with evidence informed techniques
Additional continuing training in various modalities, such as Hot Stones, Manual Lymphatic Drainage, scar tissue treatment, KT Tape Application, and other pain relief focused training. Or a desire to learn.
