Xencom Facility Management is looking for a Maintenance Tech for the River Ridge Mall.
⢠Available Shift: Tuesday-Saturday from 11:30AM-7:30PM
⢠Pay Rate: $14.00 / Hour
CORE DUTIES
⢠General Maintenance: HVAC, electrical, plumbing, dry wall, painting, flooring replacement, roof Repairs, and hardware.
⢠Sets up and tears down chairs, tables and equipment for special events.
⢠Picks up and delivers supplies and materials to retail center as needed.
⢠Follows all applicable safety rules and procedures.
⢠Reports work accomplished orally or on written work order to supervisor.
POSITION REQUIREMENTS
⢠Passing a pre-employment background screening and drug test will be required
⢠Must have a valid driver license and auto insurance.
⢠Physical requirements of the job consist of repeated lifting of up to 50 pounds, bending, reaching, prolonged standing and walking.
