Successful, well established security company with good opportunities seeking to IMMEDIATELY hire security guards in the Lynchburg and Danville area who meet the following criteria:
-valid driver's license.
-has a high school diploma or GED.
-proven experience as a security officer, preferably in a residential or community setting.
-strong observational and problem-solving skills.
-excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
-ability to handle conflicts or difficult situations calmly and professionally.
-basic computer skills to operate security systems and prepare reports.
-physical fitness and ability to stand, walk and perform security duties for extended periods.
