Start Now! Construction Manager with minimum of 3 years experience. Able to manage skilled tradesman with prior knowledge of trim carpentry, dry wall installation, hardwood flooring, ceramic tile, some plumbing and electrical experience. Excellent customer relation skills, estimating experience, running multiple jobs at a high level of competency. Full time with some overtime expected. Willingness to be in an on call rotation once per week. Must have an acceptable driving record, some computer skills, email, text, cell phone communication a requirement. Desire to be part of an established reputable company. We offer health insurance, paid holidays after 90 days, paid vacation after one year. Compensation $18-$24 per hour with above competencies.
