This internship opportunity will provide hands on support to our internal operations and consulting teams in one of the following areas: Marketing, Internal Operations, Consulting Support, Internal Accounting, and more! CrossCountry Consulting is seeking summer 2021 interns with strong organizational skills, professionalism, solid communication, a desire to learn and grow, and a fun, flexible attitude. We offer hands-on experience, networking opportunities, supportive coaching and mentoring, and resume building experience! By joining CrossCountry for the summer, you will directly impact our growing company in one of the following areas: Marketing (remote): Assist with Social Media, public relations, copywriting and editorial support, website management, and other digital marketing support. Preferred majors: Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or Business Administration. Operations Support (remote): Support our Technology Solutions operations team with practice-wide standardization efforts and SharePoint/Intranet migration by working with subject matter experts to learn about our business and implement best practices for organizing and displaying information. Ad hoc or special projects may also be assigned. Preferred Majors: Marketing, Business Administration, Digital Studies, or Communications. Internal Accounting (remote): Assist with daily accounting operations, including bank reconciliation, cash receipt posting, Accounts Payable processing and expense report review/processing. This intern will also help with project operations, specifically supporting the projects team with project setups. Ad hoc or special projects may be assigned. Preferred majors: Accounting or Finance. Accounting Advisory (remote): Gain experience consulting through assisting our Accounting Advisory practice across all offerings, which include technical accounting, corporate transactions, operational accounting, and financial reporting. Preferred majors: Accounting Intelligent Automation & Data Analytics (remote): Support our IADA team to help further advance capabilities around training, tools & technology, business development, and framework/methodologies centered around intelligent automation, data management and governance and data analytics. Preferred majors: a business or technical major with significant coursework in Data Analytics and/or Robotic Process Automation (RPA) New York Consulting & Operations Support (remote/in person): Collaborate with project delivery teams to aggregate materials for case studies, organize account and contact data in Salesforce, assist with the development/updating of Service Line marketing materials, and support the NY Leadership Team with various other projects. Preferred majors: Accounting or Finance Position Requirements:

    • Currently enrolled in an accredited College/University
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite applications including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
    • Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
    • Ability to multi-task and prioritize multiple projects with strong organizational skills and attention to detail
    • Positive energy, enthusiasm, and self-confidence
    • Great sense of humor required!
