Auto Fleet Mechanic

You will perform minor repairs of equipment on jobsites.

You will determine nature and extent of damage or malfunction.

You will order parts.

You will plan work procedure.

You will raise vehicle, with hydraulic jack or hoist, to gain access to mechanical units bolted to underside of vehicle. .

You will disassembles unit and inspects parts for wear.

You will repair small engine equipment such as water pumps, generators and air-compressors.

You will rewire trailers and lights.

You will Realign and adjusts brakes on trucks and trailers

You will weld.

You will replace and adjust headlights, and installs and repairs accessories such as radios, heaters, mirrors, and windshield wipers.

Who we are looking for…

You have 3-5 years of relevent experience

You are at least 18 years old

You have a valid driver's license with a minimum of 2 years driving experience

You are authorized to work in the United States for this company

You have a high school diploma or GED equivalent

You have the willingness to work in a solo and team environment

You have experience in working through all types of weather, including inclement weather

You are a self starter

You have effective communication skills

You are able to travel and work extended hours; overtime and weekends as needed
