We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Bookkeeper to join our team. This position is not remote and will require you to work on-site, managing and organizing the financial transactions of our company.
Key Responsibilities:
Record Transactions: Accurately track daily financial transactions, including purchases, sales, expenses, invoices, and payments.
Maintain Financial Records: Ensure the accuracy of accounts payable, receivable, payroll, and other financial entries.
Ensure Compliance: Keep and file records in accordance with taxation and legal compliance requirements.
Generate Invoices: Produce invoices for credit card bills, inventory orders, and other necessary financial documents.
Reconcile Discrepancies: Identify and resolve any discrepancies in financial reports.
Client Communication: Maintain timely and professional communication with clients regarding their accounts and financial matters.
Ideal Candidate
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in all aspects of financial record-keeping
Comfortable working with numbers and financial data
Excellent time management skills with the ability to multi-task efficiently and effectively
Proficient in problem-solving
MUST have five (5) years of previous bookkeeping/accounting experience
