Position Summary:

ODUrent is seeking an Inventory/Parts Manager to join our team! This role involves overseeing the ordering and management of parts and supplies, ensuring inventory is well-maintained and organized. We are looking for someone with strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain and Update Inventory Spreadsheet

Accurately log inventory updates into the spreadsheet.

Order Inventory

Restock items marked in red on the inventory sheet to maintain proper stock levels.

Procure specialty parts and increased inventory for peak demand periods, such as turns.

Organize and Maintain Shop Areas

Keep the shop orderly at all times by ensuring designated areas are maintained for:

Deliveries

Special parts

Tool returns

Part returns

Turn-related items

Work orders

Check Material and Tools

Manage the check-in and check-out of all materials and tools throughout the day.

Find Cost-Effective Solutions

Research and shop for sales on major inventory items to optimize costs.

Pickup and Delivery of Parts:

Occasionally pick up parts as needed.

Parts can be collected either on the way to work or after hours and brought in the following morning.

Knowledge of Repair Parts a must.

Education:

High School Diploma (or equivalent), College Degree preferred

Inventory warehouse exp

HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliances, carpentry, etc. Parts and Tools

Experience:

Purchasing: 4 years (Preferred)

Property maintenance: 4 years (Preferred)

Schedule:

8 hour shift

Monday to Friday

Work Location: In person
