Mega Auto Spa in Yorktown, Virginia is looking for a Manager to join our team! We currently have 3 locations with more coming in the future, giving opportunity for growth within the company. We run a clean operation and apply all of the best practices in the industry. We are eager to find people that want to learn what has made us successful so far and to help lead our business to more growth and continued success.
Managers must be customer oriented, and have personal skills with being able to maintain the staff and customer relations. 2+ years crew management experience is a requirement (has managed 7 people or more). Experience with sonny's equipment and ICS software is a plus. Being mechanically inclined is a requirement. This position will answer to the General Manager of the store, and will work towards eventually taking over the General Management Position.
Duties and Responsibilities
-Assist in training and developing employees to company standards and uphold company policies and motivate employees.
-Assists in overseeing productivity, breaks and daily scheduling of employees
-Perform preventative maintenance, and repairs on all equipment
-Provide excellent customer service, deals directly with all customers concerns, questions and complaints
-Point of sales systems experience and Cash handling.
-Ensure that cleanliness in the workspace, safety and security on the property are emphasized.
Compensation
-Starting as hourly rate at $18/hr, negotiable based on past experiences and reference.
-40 hours per week + up to 7 hours overtime per week

Requirements
-At least 2 years of managerial experience
-Computer skills, excel, word and experience working with a point of sales system and cash handling experience
-Mechanically inclined
-Driver’s license
