Greet clients, visitors and callers.
Providing excellent customer service.
Follow daily open and close procedures.
Respond to requests on information about massage and spa services.
Maintain records of customers.
HIPAA Compliance.
Member Services Associate (29 hours a week estimated)
Greeting, orienting and assisting visitors
Maintain knowledge of upcoming events.
Promote memberships and events and activities.
Conduct daily tours
Follow open and close procedures.
Maintain customer records within the computer.
Both positions require background and drug test.
