I am looking for a skilled draftsman to produce permit ready drawings for a large remodeling company. Most of the jobs are on the Peninsula. The projects would include additions, add levels, decks, porches ,general remodeling, etc. In most cases you would need to go to the job sites to take measurement and get pictures. This person must be familiar with the building codes so that they can produce permit ready drawings. We are a large remodeling company and I need someone who can produce some of the drawings, as I have someone else who also does some of them. The pay will be based on the particular project.
