Dishwasher/ Utility Requirements: FT/PT/Weekend 12-Hour Shift
Dishwashing: Load and unload dishes from the dishwasher, wash and sort dishes, and put them on the drying rack
Kitchen maintenance: Clean and sanitize the dishwashing area, including sinks and floors
Food Stock: Properly store food and supplies.
Janitorial: Clean up spills and broken dishes, and report sanitation issues to management
Equipment operation: Set up dish stations, turn on dishwashing machines, and maintain the machines
Organization: Organize and stack dishes and equipment so that they are easily accessible
Trash: Maintain trash cans and remove full trash cans at the end of the shift
Hygiene: Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines to prevent illness
Requirements: High School Grad or Equivalents
Background and Drug Screening will be conducted.
