Experienced Food prep/Dishwasher needed for locally owned, family style restaurant. Restaurant is very busy with a reputation for good food and great service. Job entails cooking and peeling potatoes, using a slicer to cut meats into portion sizes, cut and chop vegetables as well as familiarity with washing dishes with a dishwashing machine. And to do all of that at a fast pace. Candidate must also keep equipment and work space clean. Hours of operation is from 7 am to 2 pm. Shift is from 6 am to 2 pm. Candidate must demonstrate abilities learned from past experience but must be willing to learn and adapt to restaurant methods. Position is for 3-4 shifts per week. Candidate must have own car for transportation.

Pay is commensurate with experience, ability to adapt quickly, and fit with staff and management.
