(Will be dicing different vegetables, preparing salsa and frying chips for opening)

We are seekinga Grill Cook to join our dedicated kitchen staff!You will assist in thepreparation, cooking, and presentation of mealsin our fast paced kitchen.
Responsibilities:
Prepare all served food
Planfood production to coordinate with meal serving hours
Memorize, record, and comprehend menu items, abbreviations, plate appearance, and portions
Followstandard recipes and special diet orders
Operate standard kitchen equipment safely and efficiently
Adhere to all sanitation and food production codes
Clean and maintain kitchen equipment, utensils, and appliances

Front Line
You will be serving customers from the front assembly line.
Very fast paced
Must be customer friendly, and bring a smile.
At close, you will be wrapping food and putting it away; followed by, deep detailed cleaning until 11pm.
