We are offering part-time to full time employment, 25-40 hours a week.

A military background is a requirement as the job entails coordinating with government and military personnel (E6+ preferred).

¨¨We are a small production company specializing in business, government and military events and media. We produce and organize Business-to-Government (B2G) conferences that are networking opportunities for service-disabled and veteran owned small businesses including 8a-minority and woman owned - as well as government and military contractors.

In your daily tasks, you will frequently research and navigate government agencies and military commands so that you understand what the agency does as you are coordinate with them.

You will be on the phone with high profile business, state and federal government, and military personnel, from department heads to agency directors, even Army Post Garrison Commanders¨, Generals, and other high profile leaders. You will often leave voice messages and need business letter writing skills to modify email templates.

You must be comfortable communicating on the telephone. This is critical.

Polite and on-point, and able to engage in a balance of business and small talk.

We need a clear thinker that understands government and military/speak.

This is not a sales job. Your client base is just about every agency in the federal government,

and many agencies in the states we hold these events. 75 percent of your calls will be to our regular presenters.

25 percent will be for research we all do to locate a specialist.

The job requires travel for 2-4 days at a time, 4-5 times a year, to events locations from Georgia (Forts Stewart & Benning), Alabama (Redstone Arsenal), North Carolina (Fort Bragg), Kentucky (Fort Campbell), Virginia (Fort Eustis), Maryland (Fort Meade). ¨¨

The job also may entail travel to military installations to meet with staff to discuss event details.

You can expect pay raises quickly when you demonstrate competence in certain areas of the position.

The details of the work and compensation will be discussed in private. It has perks and is great job for the right person.

You will work at our office in Hampton and on occasion from your home. ¨¨

We expect you to move forward quickly into a 20% pay raise within 2 months.

Additional raises will be made with your experience and success.

We would like you to travel with us to an event at Fort Benning. This is the best way to learn what we do. The faster you learn the sooner you can work from home.

We leave on Monday July 22.

Set-up is on Tuesday July 23.

The event is on July 24.

We return on July 25.

Everyone is paid the same amount of $350 for the trip. All expenses are covered.
