We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in behavioral analysis and a passion for working with individuals with developmental disabilities. As a BCBA, you will be responsible for conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, and implementing interventions to improve the quality of life for our clients.
Duties
Conduct comprehensive diagnostic evaluations and patient assessments to determine individual needs.
Develop and implement individualized behavior intervention plans based on data collection and analysis.
Monitor client progress and modify treatment plans as necessary to ensure effectiveness.
Maintain accurate medical documentation and records in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including therapists, educators, and family members, to provide holistic care.
Provide training and support to staff on behavior management techniques and best practices.
Stay current with developments in the field of behavior analysis and apply evidence-based practices.
