Hope Care & Love HHS is looking for a qualified, dedicated, dependable and compassionate Community Engagement Direct Support Professional.
Summary
The Community Engagement DSP role focuses on supporting individuals in developing skills for greater independence, employability, and community participation. This includes helping individuals build positive social behaviors, interpersonal skills, and personal decision-making through community-based activities such as education, training, and volunteering. The role also involves creating opportunities for meaningful interactions and relationships within natural community settings, fostering inclusion and the development of natural supports outside of paid services.
The ideal candidate(s) will possess the following:
DSP certification
Medication Management Certification
TOVA trained and certified
CPR/1st Aide certified
Able to pass ALL background checks
Valid, Active Driver's License
Pay for this rewarding position starts at $17.50/hr.
