I am searching for an assistant for my general dental practice. The position is full time, which in my practice is 4 days per week. This is usually with Wednesday being the "off" day, though that does vary, at times. My goal is to find the right person to join my practice.
I am looking for someone personable, caring, and loyal. Must be punctual, organized, a critical thinker, and able to stay on task—someone who is already a talented assistant but willing to incorporate my ways into your repertoire. Here is a little about my office. I am a solo provider incorporating a younger dentist into my practice. We are not corporately owned, nor are we “insurance driven.” We value and develop a close personal relationship with our patients, with the goal of providing the best care possible to each of them.
