We're searching to fill a Front Office
position with someone who is highly personable, hard working, organized and
energetic. Being reliable, excellent phone skills and etiquette are a must. The position is full
time with normal "banking hours" Monday through Thursday with Fridays being a
shorter day. We would be open to a reduced number of hours or days for the right candidate that prefers to work on a part time basis.
Experience with dental front office responsibilities is ideal and
familiarity with basic computer skills and dental software would be helpful to hit the ground running.
Some benefits such as practice subsidized health insurance, PTO, Simple IRA with a 3% match and paid holidays are part of the compensation package in addition to hourly pay which is negotiable depending on skill set. Anticipate that $21 per hour would be minimum starting wage for someone with minimal training for the position and closer to $30 for someone with a lot of experience.
