Uptop Community Engagement program is seeking an experienced DSP who shall be responsible for implementing the day-day needs of each individual receiving support under the license of Uptop Residential LLC. Candidate must have own car as they will be taking individuals out in the community daily. Direct Support Professional shall provide learning and support for individual who have a developmental disability in community-based environments. Direct Support Professionals will also assist with the implementation of individual person-centered plans and provide learning and support in areas of skill building to include community skill building, money management, community integration activities and behavior intervention.
