Direct Support Providers responsibilities are, but not limited to:
Providing one-on-one care and supervision of the residents of each assigned house.
Assist with healthy living skills and conduct recreational and social activities enhancing skill acquisition.
Reporting resident’s conditions and behaviors, while helping to meet goals set with each person’s service plan.
Daily supporting meds, feeding, and ensuring the needs of each resident is properly met.
Complete reports/plans and record entries in a timely manner in accordance with program procedures.
Performing light housekeeping, upkeep, & maintaining a safe environment.
12-hour shift/8-hour shifts/4-hour shifts
Compensation: $14.50-$17.50
(This is based on experience, education & professional certifications).
Education: High School or Equivalent
Experience: 1 year(Certification or License)
Must have a valid driver’s license, issued from DMV, criminal background investigation and a registry check by the Department of Social Services.
