Requirements: The candidate must be over 18 years old, have a clear criminal background check, and driver's license, and be employable in the US. The candidate must also have valid Documentation and a cell phone or computer to enter hours.
Personal requirements: Non-smokers. They should be able to work 40 hours a week, provide transportation, be on time, and speak English. Candidate May not be on the phone while working and no other people may come to work with you, this is a private residence. You must supply your food, snacks., The kitchen is only used for the client and family, the candidate is required to maintain your food within your bag. Late 2 times will result in an automatic dismissal and a no-call no-show also dismissal.
Duties: Transfer to wheelchair and toileting, bathing, dressing, brushing teeth and hair. Must monitor for skin irritations and pressure sores as well as repositioning. Push Wheelchair to go on walks. For 30 to 45 minutes a day. Prep and make food, wash dishes and clean up after meals. Wash clothes, and bed linens as well as make clients' beds. Go to appointments and outings with the client usually once or twice weekly. Most importantly, engage with the client and monitor for seizure activities or odd behaviors.
