Quarterpath Dental, a growing fee-for-service dental practice is searching for an experienced, compassionate and detail oriented Dental Front Desk/Patient Coordinator. Current opening is for a full-time position working four (4) days and approximately 36 hours per week. Our practice is focused intently on providing exceptional patient care through a great patient experience. We want our employees to have fun and enjoy their work. Our team is motivated to do their best for the patient, for each other and for the practice. Our goal is to build long-lasting relationships with every patient. We provide a wide range of dental services including preventive, perio, pediatric, and restorative dentistry.
This position requires the ability to communicate effectively with patients and teammates. It also requires excellent time management and organizational skills. Applicant must have a strong work ethic as well as an outgoing personality and positive attitude. Working interview may be required. Dentrix software experience preferred but not required. This position will be responsible for, but not limited to the following duties:
answer phones
schedule and confirm patient appointments
verify dental insurance benefits
establish and maintain relationships with patients
proactively work to fill hygiene and operative appointment openings
check-in and check out patients
process payments for patients
perform other front desk functions.
