We are seeking Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our team at Best Foundation Consulting. This role involves providing ABA therapy and behavioral support to children and young adults in homes, schools, and community settings. You’ll work directly under the supervision of a BCBA to implement treatment plans and support clients in achieving meaningful outcomes.
Responsibilities / Job Duties:
Provide one-on-one ABA therapy sessions to clients
Implement behavior intervention and skill acquisition plans
Collect and record accurate data on client progress
Support clients in developing communication, social, and daily living skills
Collaborate with supervisors, team members, and families
Maintain professionalism, confidentiality, and ethical standards
Requirements:
Active RBT certification
Valid driver’s license or reliable transportation
Bachelor’s degree preferred (minimum high school diploma or equivalent required)
Prior experience in ABA, behavioral health, or special needs support is a plus
Strong communication, patience, and organizational skills
Education:
Bachelor’s degree (preferred)
Work Location:
In-person ( Virginia Beach, and Portsmouth areas)
Compensation & Benefits:
$20 per hour

Shift Availability:
Day shift: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM
