We are looking for reliable and energetic individuals to join our team as a Delivery and Setup Specialist.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
As a Delivery and Setup Specialist, you will be responsible for delivering and setting up bounce houses and other party equipment at various locations. This role requires a strong focus on customer service, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Safely transport bounce houses and other rental equipment to customer locations.
Set up and inflate bounce houses and ensure all equipment is properly secured and in excellent condition.
Provide excellent customer service while interacting with clients during setup and teardown.
Troubleshoot minor issues with equipment during setup, and ensure everything is functioning properly.
Dismantle and pack up equipment after events and ensure everything is returned in good condition.
Ensure that safety protocols and company policies are followed at all times.
REQUIREMENTS:
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record (ability to drive a truck/van and trailer).
Ability to lift and carry heavy items (up to 100lbs).
Strong communication and customer service skills.
Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
Detail-oriented, with a focus on safety and equipment care.
Prior experience with bounce house rentals or event setup is a plus but not required.
Availability on weekends and holidays, as those are peak times for events.
Must pass a background check.
